A biodiesel processor and a Sodexo catering vehicle were on display at NMSU’s Leyendecker Plant Science Research Center field day in August. Sodexo Campus Dining at NMSU supplies the used cottonseed cooking oil for conversion into biodiesel that is then used to run the catering vehicle on campus and a new utility vehicle at the farm.
