In the last ten years, only in the USA, there has been an increase of 400 percent when it comes to the number of coffee shops. That means that the market is getting more and more competitive. That’s why it is essential to have new customers to come to your shop. But how can you do it?

1. Affordable Price

Firstly, to attract people, your prices also have to be attractive. And if you are afraid of losing money, don’t worry, because more customers mean more profit even if the prices are lower.

2. Seasonal Drinks

Another way is to create seasonal drinks – for example, add pumpkin or gingerbread coffees to your menu during the Autumn / Winter time.

3. Café Interior

Make the interior more appealing by giving your cafe personal touches. Change things like takeaway cups or personalize coffee sleeves. Make your cafe stand out between other.

4. Give Samples

Try giving out free samples and organize giveaways. You can also create a loyalty program, in which the client has to be a specific amount of drinks to either obtain one as a gratis or can enter a lottery to win some prize. You don’t even have to have the classic paper loyalty cards. There are apps available that give you the option for it to be completely digital.

5. Mobile Friendly

This brings us to the next point – be mobile-friendly. That can be done in several ways. Firstly, adjust your website so that it will be clear even when the client browses through it on his phone. You can also add power plugs in different parts of your cafe so that your customers can charge their phones while drinking coffee.
