I have one APC UPS (800VA) installed at my home. The UPS uses two lead batteries. But recently I observed that the batteries started getting overheated. I called up technician from APC and he told me not use these batteries without telling me any reason. So I want help from you guys. What could be possibly wrong with my UPS? Why are the APC batteries getting overheated? I would really appreciate your replies regarding this. Thanks.
