I was just in conversation with my friend about the ways to make environment better and to have renewable energy dependence rather than oil. One idea that came to our mind was to give solar backup power to street lights. But we could not decide how to bring solar power backup to our streets. Is it better to have solar panel on each and every street light or we can just keep the street lights as they are and install solar panels hubs around the city to power electrical grid?
