I am searching for property in northern Florida. I want to make it as self sufficient as possible. I would like to grow own vegetables, raising my own protein sources and such stuff. I would want solar power and wind mills as power sources. Both seem feasible but I want to know from you guys about which would be the best between the two? Does living âoff the gridâ refer to solar power or wind mills? Is there anything else that I can do for eco living? I have plans of living there for the rest of my life. So please advice appropriately. Thanks.
