I bought an electric scooter and within first few weeks the batteries went down and couldnât hold the charge anymore. The company I bought it from said that they are not responsible for it. They are not even sending any replacement batteries. The brand of the electric scooter is VISION and it is CP 1245, 12 volt, 4.5 ah. It is a 100 W scooter. Can somebody tell me about the place where I can get replacement batteries, it would be great? Thanks.
