One of my friends told me that we are not supposed to throw used batteries in trash can. I am talking about the regular used AA batteries. Since then I am keeping them in the junk drawer but now my drawer is full. What am I supposed to do with them? Do recycling centers take these used batteries? How can battery recycling be done? I would like to know the step by step process to do it. I would really appreciate your replies. So please get back as soon as possible. Thanks.
