One of my friend told me that if the batteries are just lying without been used then their charge goes out after few months or years. Is it true? I don’t really think so. But lately, my brand new digital scale is not turning on. I thought it is because of the batteries but they are just old but never been used. Is it possible that cr2 batteries can drain over time if they are not in use? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I would be eagerly waiting for your replies. Thanks.
