The roof of the building is covered with garden of native plants covering area 1.5 acre and consists of solar panels that generate the power for the washers and dryers. The exterior of the building is comprised of custom glass that is etched in a pattern such that intensity of the sunlight is reduced.

Architects used 88% of the old building structure for the construction of the office with additional features such as installation of rainwater collection system that reduces energy consumption by 40% and water usage by 67% and consists of skylights.

The structure of the building utilizes the energy produced by geothermal systems providing 100%energy for cooling and 75% for the warming. The building consists of radiant slabs that embedded in concrete and includes automated lighting systems.

The building of Bank of America designed by Cook and Fox designed the building ion such a way that the wastewater and rainwater are reused. The heating system of the tower provides the heat by using the light of the sun. The widows are created with the aim to utilize the natural light as far as possible. Renewable materials were used to build the tower.

Bullitt Center         

The Bullitt center in Washington is a sustainable office building offering the greenest space of decade. The building rooftop is covered with photovoltaic panels generating power by using energy of sun. With installation of the storage systems about 56,000 gallon of rainwater will be stored and will be filtered and supplied to the building.
