Maine based Solus-4 has designed a Marine Research Center that provides space for tsunami study and research, and also generates its own power and clean water. The center’s sustainable design embraces both passive and active energy generating systems to run on clean power. It would be equipped with tidal generators and solar photovoltaic systems to generate electricity for the marine center, whereas rainwater collection and seawater conversion systems would provide potable clean drinking water.
