Fast becoming into one of the most influential international events on alternative energy resources, China would be hosting the New Energy International Forum and Fair at Chengdu in the last week of September. The forum would be attended by delegates from the United States, Germany, Spain and 10 ASEAN countries along with representatives from 400 leading domestic companies.
The meeting would highlight the need to reduce carbon emissions and increase dependence on clean energy sources among which photovoltaic technology and nuclear energy development hold priority. The forum is expected to provide a platform for the Chengdu Shuangliu County to forge strategic partnerships with a number of leading new energy research associations.
