While the Macintosh Classic (Mac Classic) has faced a literal exclusion in the recent years, eco-modders, however, have still been striving to keep it in fashion in some way or the other. A Japanese modder added an iPad screen to the same device for creating an iPad docking station. I definitely second you if you call it a retro Mac desktop. It looks like one for sure.
