Joseph Ford’s photography often comes with an element of pun that never goes unnoticed. Given that you have a thinking soul within, a tickling humor is always guaranteed. While covering one aspect of the subject under consideration, his works always ask others to infer the secreted implication. His latest series, dubbed as If I Were President, is a tongue-in-cheek depiction of console-shaped architecture that reminds one of DS Lite, NES and Sony PS3. In the above image, you can see a dual screen atop a DS Lite-shaped building that is laden with solar panels. Now, does it reflect DS Lite’s newly-conceived affection for green technology, or is Ford trying to tell us something else? It’s all upon you to decide.
