The environmental plan will ensure to maintain ecological balance, sustainable development and support clean technology across the Region. The roads, rail, rivers and waterways will allow clean passage for residents and will create certain small, medium and long distance radius ‘rings’ of infrastructure. All new and existing towns will develop as commercial hubs touting sustainable economic growth.
