Douglas Hogg, a 2010 graduate from Coventry University’s Transport design course, gives us an interesting peek-a-boo into the future. The designer has prepared a glamorous sports vehicle concept for the year 2025. Named after a prototype vehicle, Bugatti Electron Aerolithe, Bugatti unveiled at the 1935 Paris Motor Show.
What interests us most is the concept’s proposed green drive train comprising gas turbine-electric hybrid system. It would be having an electric motor – which drives the rear wheels – and offers up 450 horsepower. The Aerolithe visualized by Hogg looks stunningly contemporaneous with its muscular body and dramatic doors that open upwards and forward to create an expansive opening.
