I live in a place where it is always cloudy. There is very less time during the year that there would be sunny day. I am looking to buy a solar powered flashlight but I have a query regarding its charging. Since it is always cloudy in my area, is there any other way of charging my solar powered flashlight? Is it possible to charge a solar powered flashlight without an actual sunlight? Will any other type of light work for its charging? I was wondering if tube light or just regular incandescent light would work. Please advice. Thanks.
