We have progressed a lot in harnessing abundant renewable energy resources and still, we are further thinking to develop newer means to do so. However, Exide Technologies masters in providing stored electrical-energy solutions. It does the same in announcing the ReStore Energy Systems. The new division looks forward to develop new markets for renewable energy storage and lithium-ion energy systems.
The major areas covered by the system include all-encompassing storage for grid-connected renewable energy (primarily wind and solar), off-grid renewable power generation and storage (primarily focused in developing, isolated regions of the world), and new industrial energy storage opportunities.
