The brainchild of auto designer Alexei Mikhailov, UVO (Urban Vehicular Ovalon) is a concept car designed for congested urban highways of 2021. The single passenger, oval vehicle promises to offer a green commute with its use of advanced fuel cell technology that powers its two efficient in-wheel electric motors.
Each electric motor contains magnets that act as stabilizing gyroscopes for keeping the vehicle in an upright position during movement or braking. The wireless energy transformers rely on electromagnetic induction to recharge the parked vehicle. While the holographic head up display adds a definitive class to the vehicle, the motion sensitive arm holsters makes it possible to accelerate and stop the vehicle with ease.
