Furniture built from cardboard poster is rock soildati

FanTubes by Paola Argine and Cristina Alzati

Italian designers Paola Argine and Cristina Alzati of Double-ei are here again, this time with a new cardboard creation that can change your home decor with minimal carbon impact. The creation consists of three chairs and two tables with each utilizing 300 tubes of various heights, meters and meters of wire and plexiglass.

The cardboard tubes used in the making of “FanTubes” are recyclable. Cut and constructed by hand with lots of patience, mental and physical efforts, this superb design has already been used in some recent shows by the luxurious Palace Grand Hotel in Varese.

Before this, these two dreamers created a living room with simple cardboard boxes transformed into comfortable and curious tables and chairs. The name of the project was “Cartochic”. Check the gallery to glance through this extraordinary beauty.
