It’s time to bask in the sun again and gather the much wanted Vitamin D. Haskell, the creator of eco friendly outdoor furniture is out with their list of products up for sale. The products known as Series 9 have been prepared in Southern California and include a chaise, chair, occasional table, side table and a “Sultan”. Made from 100% Eco friendly recycled materials, the furniture is all towards making sure no harm is cast in the developing process. Made from scrap metal and by products of the petroleum refining process, these furnishings add that extra glamour as well as prove to be a boon to use.

Having been priced moderately, the Sultan costs $1000, while the chair and the chaise cost $1500 and $2400 respectively. Developed out of 85 % recycled content scrap metal, these furniture pieces have been given a powder coated finish with no solvents or VOC’s. The main structure of the pieces has been devised out of 304 EAF stainless steel.

Even the cushions contribute their bit towards being eco friendly. Made out of proprietary “bio-foam”, the fabric used is anti-microbial, stain resistant and recyclable. The fabric used is made by Bella Dura, a by product of petroleum refining.

The new range of products would be available for specialty resellers and design oriented clientele this week on Haskell’s website.
