Taking into consideration the lack of space on the ground, the idea of a green skyscraper definitely adds an authoritative charm. The new skyscraper design for Paris is a perfect mix of unparallel beauty, extraordinary design and sustainability. Dubbed the “Hyper-Tower”, this skyscraper comprises of two towers that are joined by a vertical park. This lush green park begins from the bottom of the structure and travels up to the rooftop.
Proposed by French architect Jaubert Francois, the Hyper-Tower is a mixed-use development with residential and sports facilities on the top levels and commercial and leisure areas in the first floors. Each floor has terraces, making the interior spaces spill into the green void. This beautiful garden holds the potential to become a landmark for Paris.
