IARS is a device that consists of 5 outer bottles that surround around a central bottle. The outer bottles are filled with dirty water that is purified by evaporation and condensation, after which it falls inside the central bottle.
During times of rain the empty bottles can be left out to collect free and clean water from rain or even dew at night. In order to enhance the ability to collect water, things like plastic sheets, long-life packaging or banana leaves can be used. In case the water has to be transported from far-flung areas, a unique rolling system is available that offers effortless transport.
