Flowers have the elegance to personify things to the best possible extent. Apart from the all time purpose of beautifying weddings and other occasions, they have another purpose too! 1800 lilies have been used to create a beautiful full size portrait of singer Lily Allen. A number of florists joined hands and created a life size 6×10 feet portrait of the singer in order to commemorate the singerâs marriage on Saturday. It would be a grant event, thatâs for sure. The portrait has been designed by florist McQueens and The Flower Council of Holland.
The main purpose of making this life like picture to represent the singerâs popularity coupled with the beginning of a new life with her fiancé and life partner, Sam Cooper. The beautiful flower made portrait would be on display at the branch of McQueens, in Old Street, London, for a week.
The wedding shall play host to a lot of celebrities, some of them being Glastonbury boss Michael Eavis and actress Jaime Winstone, amongst others. The bride-to-be would be adorning a wedding dress by Chanel and shoes by Rupert Sanderson.
It would be an all-in-all party as the singer would have a cricket tea party once the wedding is done. Who says money canât buy luxury; and certainly, a beautiful wedding as well. Wish the bride and groom a very happy and successful life ahead!
