The beautiful skyscraper incorporates wind turbines and roller coaster-like trams. It is designed in a way to maximize open spaces that not only allow plenty of natural light and ventilation, but also helps make the most of wind power. In addition to the wind turbines, there is room for solar panels that provide energy to meet terms with the energy requirement.

Verdant gardens that are installed on many floors not only provide fresh air, but also add to the aesthetics of the tower. In order to keep the vertical garden live and green, the architects suggest a water storing and recycling system at the top to utilize the rainwater. With its contemporary design and green credentials, the Logistic City is sure to become a landmark for the city of Shenzhen.
