Rather than dumping old vinyl records in a landfill, the JAXPAC (Jacksonville Public Art Commission) has reused them to create some unique urban fossils that are engaging enough to recreate that faded melody. Primarily made from cardboard and old records, the reptilian creations also owe their existence to wheat-paste graffiti.
