Warning Signs: Fashionable tees warn us about pollution

Agreed that technology has left no stone unturned to make our lives easier and comfortable, but it also has its share of corns. The technological evolution has intensified harmful pollution by a thousand-fold. In an attempt to warn the urbanites about the hefty pollution, designers Nien Lam and Susan Ngo have collaboratively created T-shirts that change color to depict pollution. Dubbed “Warning Signs,” the tees change color from a healthy pink to a slightly worrying gray in the presence of carbon monoxide. It’s interesting to see the designers make fashion the medium to show the impact of heavy urban lifestyles on our bodily organs. Hit the videos to the “Warning Signs.”
