Budweiser, till date, has been known for their famous beer hangovers. However, seeing the use to which their empty cans have been put to, I’m sure they would not be in a position to speak anything. One bump on the head with the nun chucks and one can expect to find themselves on the ground, kissing dirt.
Kai Tsien-Williams, in collaboration with Chen Chen, has created nun chucks out of 2 Budweiser cans. These cans have further been filled with cement and made into decorative showpieces. The fact which needs to be highlighted in this creation is that the cans would have otherwise ended up in the garbage dump, or the recycling bin, without any further use to anyone. Mr. Kai has recreated these salvaged pieces and created pieces of art out of them. It’s not an easy task to convert a piece of trash into something of value and have it revered as well.
Although, the nun chucks are for sale, it would be very difficult to pinpoint where. In a way, the bearer of these nun chucks should not be annoyed, otherwise, who knows when you may get a nasty blow on your head. The price and location is still unknown as of now.
