Making incredible corn field mazes as his way of expression, a farmer Tom Percy is well-known for creating unbelievable artworks. This creative head has created a massive maze imitating the Spitfire fighter plane to mark the 70th anniversary of The Battle of Britain. It’s interesting to note that this beautiful green graffiti is made using over one million corn plants.

Located just outside Yorkshire town, in Britain, Tom’s maze is claimed to be the largest image of the famous World War 2 fighter. Measuring over 1,000 feet in length, this one of the biggest mazes in the world spreads over a cornfield of the size of 8 football fields. The giant Spitfire plane was completed in just one week, thanks to the GPS technology. The Spitfire plane maze is not the only maze Tom has to his name, he has also designed mazes shaped as an astronaut, the Statue of Liberty, the Flying Scotsman, Big Ben and a Viking longship in the past.
