Here a building will harness body heat of riders and fast moving trains at a Metro station nearby to heat its 17 apartments while bringing down carbon emission by one third at least.

The project developers will use a stairwell, which connects the building to the Metro Station, as a heat conduit. However, the stand-alone project requires a rigorous brainstorming to move beyond a single building.
